On Wondery’s new weekly series, join co-hosts Scaachi Koul and Sarah Hagi as they unpack epic stories of deception from the worlds of social media, fashion, finance, health, and wellness. These influencers claim to be everything from charismatic healers to trusted financial insiders to experts in dating. They cast spells over millions. Heather’s Review:
If you think this podcast is about influencers who scam others, you’re mistaken. That’s what I went into this podcast thinking I was about to listen to. I was surprised that each week covers a new story of a scammer who influences someone (or many people) to do something for them.
Hosts Scaachi and Sarah are great together. They have very pleasant and easy to listen to voices. They tell each story as you’d imagine a gossip session with your bestie. There were even some moments that had me laughing out loud.
I’m currently halfway through the available episodes and looking forward to new episodes every Monday.
I give Scamfluencers 4.5 out of 5 stars.

From the title itself, it looks interesting and very essential to know as we live in today’s world that is full of influencers! We always need to distinguish the right from the wrong influencer!
Crazy and so many crazy scammers out there today. I did not realize there were influencer scammers.
This is super interesting. I’m starting to appreciate podcasts so I’ll have to add this to my list.

Oh wow. It sounds really interesting and something I’d want to listen to. It’s shocking so many people get scammed.
My mom always taught me if it is too good of an offer then it’s probably too good to be true. Never give out personal details about yourself. I find a ton of scammers on dating apps.
I am surely gonna add this on my list! I really enjoy listening to nice podcast! Thanks for sharing this with us!
I love a good podcast. I’ll have to listen to it. I commute 2 hours to work one way about 3 days a week, so I will have plenty of time to check it out.

This sounds intriguing. I will add it to my list to listen to for sure.
