Snowflake Mountain on Netflix
Genre: Reality TV
Summary: A bunch of clueless kidults are put through their paces at a wilderness survival retreat to try and kickstart them into standing on their own two feet.
I love the concept behind this reality show. I’m not sure it’s super original as I’ve seen other reality shows try to knock the spoiled out of young adults. But I do love the outdoor/survivalist aspect of it all. Watching these spoiled adults come to grips with the idea of having to poop in a hole and finally take responsibility for themselves and their actions was awesome. Though I think giving them the option to leave also gave them an out, back to their spoiled lives. I found myself cheering for many of them by the end of the series and hoping that this new reality star fame wouldn’t worsen their situations.
I give Snowflake Mountain on Netflix 4 out of 5 stars.
