Take back your memory, mood, focus, energy, and sleep. Podcast hosts Dr. Daniel Amen and Tana Amen are changing the way we look at the brain and its direct connection to all things wellness. They dive deep into neuroscience, from weight loss to love and happiness to overcoming mental conditions like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. But as the show proves, they deliver practical, everyday tips for building the best brain and life possible.
I was intrigued with the podcast; the episodes helped me understand how the brain functions, how it is like a computer that stores information and can overprocess, causing us to feel anxiety, depression, etc. I am a woman in my 50s a lot is going up there. The tips provided helped me to understand why I ruminate (think things over and over) and how to decrease it. It is amazing. This is a great podcast to have in your arsenal to keep a healthy brain.
Sharon gives The Brain Warrior’s Way 5 out of 5 stars.
